MLV Overvoltage protection

Eaton’s Multilayer Varistors provide highly reliable protection for electronics against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and higher power transients. They are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces as well as components and circuits sensitive to ESD transients occurring on power supplies, control and signal lines. Chip MLVs are offered from working voltages of 5.5 Vdc up to 200 Vdc and capacitances down to 0.5 pF. Multiple footprints are offered, including the most common footprints.
