Pauluhn EP Compact Fluorescent Explosionproof Globe and Guard Fixtures

Crouse-Hinds series Pauluhn EP compact fluorescent explosionproof globe and guard fixtures are used for ceiling, pendant and wall mount lighting applications in Class I, Division 1 atmospheres.  Constructed of cast copper-free aluminum or cast marine brass for extreme corrosion protection, EP globe and guard fixtures are available in 18W, 26W and 32W compact fluorescent, as well as 100W and 200W incandescent.

  • Heat- and impact-resistant clear glass globe
  • Neoprene gasket resists petroleum and provides a watertight seal
  • Available without reflector, with shallow dome reflector, or 30º angled reflector
  • Protective guard provided
  • Optional colored globes available

Standard materials

  • Housing and guard – cast copper-free aluminum or cast marine brass
  • Globe – clear tempered glass; optional colored globes: blue, green red or yellow
  • Lamp holder – high temperature PBT with nickel-plated copper screw shell; polycarbonate (for compact fluorescent models)
  • Gasket – one-piece neoprene
  • External hardware – stainless steel
