Engineered for high-speed electric motors reaching up to 12,000 rpm and capable of handling high input torque up to 1000 Nm, this product delivers substantial weight reductions for central drive systems by replacing the large and heavy direct drive motors. It boasts a highly compact planetary gear design with forced lubrication for optimal efficiency. Additionally, the interchangeable interface bracket enables easy connectivity to any e-motor. This gearbox is suitable for use in commercial electric vehicles across various applications, including light to medium-duty trucks and buses with maximum Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings of 21 tons.

This system offers several benefits, including a significant weight reduction of over 238 kg when compared to direct drive systems in a 19-ton GVW vehicle. Additionally, it provides equal or better performance in terms of acceleration, startability, and gradeability. The much smaller package size of the system increases installation flexibility, for instance in a bus chassis, creating additional space for battery packs.
