Pressure operated refuel / transfer valve

Eaton’s refuel/transfer shutoff valve is a pilot-operated valve that provides refueling, transfer, defueling and fuel level shutoff control to fuel tanks. It typically works in conjunction with a float-operated pilot valve or solenoid valve. When differential pressure is generated by refuel or transfer flow entering the valve and exiting the pilot flow port, it drives the main flow poppet to the open position, allowing refuel or transfer flow through the valve. When pilot flow stops, differential pressure decays and the valve closes. Eaton produces many variants for large and small commercial and military aircraft. Valves feature different fuel port sizes, with open and closed position indication and integral or separate pilot solenoid or float-operated pilot valves.
