Fig. 3000 series

Eaton was one of the first to market with a unique solution, TOLCO Fig. 3000 series, to support and restrain both CPVC and iron pipe size (IPS) pipe.

• UL Listed as a lateral sway brace for CPVC and steel pipe 
• Does not compress CPVC pipe 
• Does not allow contact of the brace pipe and plastic
• Available for pipe sizes 1” through 3” (IPS)
• Brace pipe to system pipe offset helps keep brace pipe from leaving harmful residue and oils on CPVC pipe
• Field adjustable, making critical pre-engineering of bracing pipe length unnecessary; requires no threading of bracing pipe
• When used in conjunction with a Fig. 900 Series fitting and joined together with bracing pipe per NFPA 13, form a complete sway brace assembly

The TOLCO Fig. 22L2 features a one-hole fastener attachment to help support and restrain CPVC or IPS pipe from ceiling or walls either vertically or horizontally. 

• UL Listed as a hanger and restrainer per NFPA 13
• UL Listed to support both CPVC and steel piping per NFPA 13
• Faster installs with a single one-hole fastener 
• Allows installers to mount closer to fittings
• Has no compression value on CPVC systems
• Can be installed into wood or steel surfaces
• Available in sizes ranging from ¾” to 2”

The TOLCO Fig. 22 series CPVC pipe hanging system features enhanced thermal properties, making it ideal for fire protection applications, such as sprinkler systems.  

As a non-combustible material, CPVC provides a high degree of resistance to fire and smoke and will not contribute to flash-over. It is naturally resistant to corrosion, extending durability and longevity while reducing maintenance requirements.

• UL Listed 
• Supports CPVC and steel piping in different orientations as a support, guide, or surge restraint
• Beveled edges eliminate potential for pipe damage
• No sharp edges and no compression load, which allows the pipe to expand and contract safely
• Pre-packaged with hardware for mounting to wood beams

Fig. 23 series

The TOLCO Fig. 23 hanger is designed to support CPVC piping in automatic fire sprinkler systems, and can be installed on the top, bottom or side of a beam.

• Can be installed on wood using fasteners
• Meets and exceeds requirements of NFPA 13, 13R and 13D
• Flared edge helps protect pipe from rough surfaces
• Easily attaches to building structure with two UL Listed hex head self-threading screws

The TOLCO Fig. 28 stand-off hanger and restraint is designed to use as a hanger and restraint for CPVC pipe where the stand-off design will ease installation by eliminating the need for wood blocking. 

• UL Listed as a hanger and a restraint for fire sprinkler piping
• Flared edge design protects CPVC pipe from any rough or abrasive surfaces
• Unique twist and lock design holds pipe firmly in place and allows retrofit type of installation
• Can be installed on horizontal or vertical piping regardless of mounting surface orientation
