Eaton’s easy-to-operate automatic filters, combined with high-capacity filter bag solutions, provide a unique and effective approach for the various filtration stages in biodiesel production processes.
DCF and MCS mechanically cleaned filters, equipped with smart controllers, remove the bulk of contaminants from feedstocks derived from both vegetable and animal sources. MAXILINE VMBF multi-bag filter housings equipped with HAYFLOW or MAX‑LOAD filter bags provide high-capacity fine filtration to help achieve the cleanliness levels required upstream of the transesterification reactor.
Final filtration of biodiesel and its glycerin co-product is achieved using MAX‑LOAD nominal-rated and ACCUGAF absolute-rated filter bag solutions, delivering standard-compliant quality with minimal maintenance requirements.
